Learning Today, Saving Lives Tomorrow

A huge well done to the 10 fantastic young people from Midlothian Youth Group – Neighbour Networks, who recently took part in CPR and lifesaving skills training with Penicuik Community First Responders.

The group were brilliant from start to finish. They got stuck straight into the practical training, quickly picked up the techniques, and showed great enthusiasm, confidence, and willingness to learn. It was fantastic to see such a young group developing skills that could genuinely make a difference and potentially save a life when it matters most.

A special thank you also goes to our fantastic PCFR trainer Fiona Hall, whose knowledge, enthusiasm, and encouragement made the session both enjoyable and hugely worthwhile. Fiona has a real talent for bringing lifesaving training to life and ensuring everyone leaves feeling more confident and capable.
